Ahead of the CD release, voice actor Miku Ito released her 12th single song “Now On Air” on digital services on April 24, alongside her official YouTube channel streaming a music video for the song. The tune is now featured as the opening theme for the The Many Sides of Voice Actor Radio anime, where she is also cast as Yasumi Utatane / Yumiko Sato, one of the anime’s two protagonist characters.

Takuro Okubo directs the “Now On Air” music video. Okubo has directed Ito’s music videos since her second single “Shocking Blue” in 2017. Like the story of the anime, the video depicts her activities as a voice actor in a documentary style. The three-day shoot includes recording and shooting of her artist photos and CD jackets, YouTube LIVE streaming, voice recording studio, and more, giving a glimpse behind the scenes of her work. The CD single of “Now On Air” will be available in Japan on May 1.

While performing as a member of two voice actor units, StylipS (2013-2017) and Pyxis (2015-2019), Ito made her solo singer debut in October 2016, releasing 11 singles and four full albums to date.

The TV anime adaptation of Ko Nigatsu’s light novel series The Many Sides of Voice Actor Radio premiered in Japan on April 10, 2024. The first three episodes are now available on Crunchyroll for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, Indian subcontinent, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
